Jerusalem, 18 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Magen David Adom reported that over the past 24 hours (as of 7:00 PM March 18) its teams provided treatment to 75 people, including 46 injured physically and 29 who suffered from anxiety.
Of these, eight were wounded by missile fire, including two fatalities – a man and a woman in their 70s, who were hit by missile shrapnel.
And 38 people were injured on the way to protected areas, including a 71-year-old man in critical condition who collapsed during an alarm, and five who were hurt in traffic accidents of whom one is in serious condition and four in minor condition.
Since the beginning of the war with Iran, Magen David Adom teams have provided medical treatment to 1,269 people, including 1,063 with physical injuries and 206 who suffered from anxiety.
268 of the wounded were injured by missile fire, 14 of whom were killed, including 13 who were pronounced dead on the scene and one who died of his wounds in the hospital.
792 people were injured on the way to a protected area – three of whom were 3 killed – 19 of them in road accidents when they stopped on the side of the road at the time of an alarm.
