In accordance with the directive of the Minister of Transportation and the approval of security officials: Driving lessons have resumed, mandatory courses and tests will resume on Sunday

In accordance with the guidelines and the assessment of the situation, mandatory driving courses, as well as practical driving tests (tests), are expected to resume starting this coming Sunday – 08.03.2026.

Today (Friday 06.03.2026), driving instructors across the country have resumed operations.

Licensing offices are also preparing to resume service to the public. In the first stage, telephone service will be provided from the licensing offices, and in accordance with the guidelines, branches will open gradually. Licensing representatives will contact applicants who had pre-booked appointments at the scheduled time and will provide the required services. It should be emphasized that the appointment scheduling system is working as usual.

It should be emphasized that the resumption of operations is in accordance with the instructions of the authorized bodies and subject to safety guidelines.
