During the Passover Holiday, from April 11th thru April 19th, 2025, all PIBA offices will be closed, and National Service Center representatives will not be available to answer phone calls.
In exceptional cases, temporary passports will be issued in the PIBA office located in Ben Gurion airport (open 24 hours a day Sunday thru Thursday, on Sabbath and Holiday eve, until 14:00 and after Sabbath and Holidays, beginning at 21:00).
Please ensure in advance of the holiday that your passports, including your children’s passports, are valid.
PIBA offices will return to regular working hours on Sunday, April 20th, 2025.
The public may apply for numerous services via our website: PIBA.GOV.IL (all online applications filed over the holiday will be processed after the holiday, and therefore there may be delays in receipt of the requested service).
