During the holiday period, there will be no public reception at the Authority’s offices.
Rosh Hashanah:
Offices will be closed from Monday to Wednesday, September 22-24, 2025.
Regular services will resume on Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Yom Kippur:
Offices will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, October 1-2, 2025.
Sukkot:
Offices will be closed from Sunday, October 5, 2025, through Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
Regular services will resume on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
On these dates, the National Service Center (*3450) will not provide telephone service.
Ben Gurion Airport Office
The Population and Immigration Authority office at Ben Gurion Airport issues passports in urgent cases only, contingent upon the presentation of a flight ticket
The office is open 24 hours a day, except on Shabbat and holidays.
On Fridays and holiday eves, the office closes at 2:00 PM and reopens at 9:00 PM at the conclusion of Shabbat or the holiday.
Please note that a variety of services can be completed online on the Authority’s website, without the need to visit an office.
