What we will discuss in the meeting
The meeting will be conducted by Adv. Olga Gonen and will deal with expansions in agricultural and community settlements, and amendment of subsection 8.6 of the Israel Land Council’s Decisions File.
In the webinar, we will review in a focused and practical manner:
- The stages of the expansion process and lot allocation, from planning to selection.
- The admission rules for agricultural and community settlements, including the work of admission committees.
- The distinction between what happens within the association and the regional process, and how to manage both aspects.
- Internal aspects of the association in a legal, transparent, and correct manner.
- We will review common mistakes from the field and how to avoid them.
