The Indictment, filed by Adv. Rotem Yochannani Har-Tzion from the Southern District Attorney’s Office, states that on 14.12.25, in the morning hours, while the complainant was alone in the apartment where she resides, the accused knocked on her door. The complainant, who thought it was her brother, opened the door and saw the accused, a friend of her father. The accused greeted the complainant, entered the apartment, and asked where her mother was.
The complainant replied that her mother was at work. During his stay in the apartment, the accused called the complainant and said to her: “Come, I’ll tell you something.” When she approached him, he hugged her and pressed his body against hers, and in the process, locked the apartment door using a key that was in the lock.
Subsequently, the accused began to caress the complainant’s upper body. At some point, the complainant managed to unlock the door and tried to escape the apartment.
Despite the accused’s attempts to prevent her from leaving, the complainant managed to escape the apartment shouting, while the accused chased after her. Following her shouts, a neighbor from the lower floor opened her door and let the complainant into her home. The accused ran down the stairs after her, saying “Sorry, sorry,” and fled the scene.
About two days after the incident, the accused contacted several community representatives and asked them to speak with the complainant’s mother, with the aim of dissuading her from testifying on his behalf.
The accused was charged with offenses of indecent acts and obstruction of an investigation.
Concurrently, a request was filed for his arrest until the end of proceedings.
