The indictment filed by Adv. Hila Tzur from the Central District Attorney’s Office states that a prolonged dispute arose between the deceased’s family and the defendants’ family, who live as neighbors in Ramla, concerning issues of vehicle parking and garbage disposal.
On 12.27.25, in the afternoon hours, a verbal confrontation developed in the street between relatives of the defendants and the deceased’s family. Against the backdrop of the dispute, the minor arrived at the scene, armed with a concealed knife. During the confrontation, and after an exchange of insults, the deceased hit another person, and as a result, the minor stabbed one of those involved in the brawl – three stab wounds to the back.
At a certain point, after the parties moved away from each other, the deceased threw a car battery at one of those involved. Following this, the defendants returned to the scene, Asavuyou chased the deceased and stabbed him with a deep stab, which led to his death in the hospital about four days later.
Immediately thereafter, the defendants fled the scene, disposed of the knives, and changed their clothes.
The prosecution requests the court to order the continued detention of the defendants until the completion of legal proceedings against them. It should be noted that Asavuyou committed the acts attributed to him while under detention until the completion of legal proceedings against him, under electronic monitoring in another case.
