The indictment filed by attorney Tobi Harel from the Central District Attorney’s Office states that the defendant established a drug laboratory in an apartment he rented in Petah Tikva. To this end, he equipped the apartment with equipment, including, among other things, oxygen tanks, air conditioners, fans, drippers, various fertilizers, drying nets, barrels, and additional equipment. He also connected “pirately” to the electrical cabinet and took electricity without permission, valued at over 50,000 NIS.
Hundreds of flower pots were found in the apartment, containing approximately 360 seedlings of a dangerous drug of the cannabis type, with a total net weight of 130.5 kg.
The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of offenses of manufacturing, preparing, and producing a dangerous drug, as well as taking electricity.
The prosecution requests the court to detain the defendant until the end of legal proceedings against him, or subject to a report, to consider house arrest with electronic monitoring.
