The Ministry hereby announces that applications can be submitted for a recommendation for land allocation exempt from tender regarding real estate in the Arad Industrial Zone under Zoning Plan 10/104/03/24 for the purpose of establishing or expanding a “factory whose business is industry and crafts” as defined in Director General’s Instruction 6.2, or for the construction of a building for rent to a factory in accordance with the terms of the instruction and as detailed in the table below.

The following plots will continue to be marketed on a “first come, first served” basis:

How to Submit an Application
Applications will be reviewed in accordance with Director General’s Instruction 6.2, on a “first come, first served” basis in accordance with section 8.3.10 of the instruction.
Applications must be submitted along with all required documents according to Director General’s Instruction 6.2 and the instruction’s procedure, and only through the online system.

The planning, financing, and execution of the reinforcement works for the existing retaining wall, which supports the plots, will be carried out by the entrepreneur and at their sole expense. Full and exclusive responsibility for carrying out the said works will lie with the entrepreneur, and they hereby waive any claim, demand, or lawsuit, of any kind or type, against the Ministry of Economy and/or the Local Authority, in connection with the planning, execution, maintenance, or consequences of the retaining wall reinforcement works.
