3,000 Additional Foreign Worker Permits Issued to Aid Security Efforts

Israel's Ministry of Economy and Industry has released 3,000 foreign worker permits to support industrial production for security efforts.

Jerusalem, 11 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In order to “assist and maintain the continuity of production, strengthen industry, and meet supply targets for the security effort,” Israel’s Ministry of Economy and Industry published a quota of 3,000 permits for skilled and unskilled foreign workers in the industrial sector.

In allocating this quota, priority will be given to industries that support the security effort, including through the production of components, raw materials or products (for example, manufactured food products, textiles, metal, etc.). In order to examine eligibility for such priority, the applicant is required to attach the affidavit that appears on this page, duly completed and signed, along with supporting references and professional details.
