An employee engagement survey was conducted in June 2025 by the Central Bureau of Statistics, as part of the reform in human capital management in the Civil Service. The survey was distributed to all employees in the Healthcare System (39,508 employees), of whom approximately 36% (14,412 employees) responded.
The survey provides civil servants with an opportunity to express their views regarding the organization and various aspects of their work, and constitutes a significant management tool for managers in the civil service. Its findings enable the focus of actions to improve employee engagement with the organization, strengthen the organizational climate, and increase commitment to achieving organizational goals, with the aim of improving the service provided to the country’s Citizens.
The 2025 engagement index indicates a high level of engagement in the civil service, alongside two key gaps in the areas of “Organizational Management” and “My Organization.”
The attached presentation displays the survey findings at a cross-sectional level of the entire healthcare system.
In addition, a document is attached that includes directions for action and recommendations for addressing the cross-sectional gaps found in the healthcare system.
