Jerusalem, 28 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that, in the past two weeks, Hezbollah’s key field commanders in Lebanon have been eliminated.
Those killed were described as the “most central field commanders,” who the IDF said were responsible for managing the organization’s fighting and issuing terror plans against Israeli Forces and the State of Israel.
In addition, approximately 2,500 Hezbollah Terrorists have been eliminated since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion against Iran on February 28, 800 of them since the ceasefire began.
Seven of the key terrorists who were eliminated:
Commander of the Al- Khiam sector – eliminated in an attack on the Al-Khayyam headquarters
Assistant Deputy Commander of the Badr Unit – an Iranian proxy terror group
Intelligence officer of the Shaqif sector
Head of Engineering in the Yohmor Sector
Deputy Head of Engineering in the Yohmor Sector – near Nabatiyeh
Commander of the Jabshit Sector
Engineering Manager in the Joya Sector – near Tyre
