The indictment filed by Adv. Sharon Schwartz from the Southern District Attorney’s Office states that during December, the accused, the deceased, and another person were in a shed near the accused’s home. At some point, an argument broke out between the two, after the deceased asked the accused to clean the place. The accused refused, began to curse the deceased, and in response, the deceased attacked him.
A brawl developed between the two, during which the deceased went to his car, took out a club, and began to hit the accused with it. Shortly thereafter, the accused took a sharp object and stabbed the deceased in his lower body.
At some point, the deceased fell to the ground, and then the accused stabbed him again in the chest and fled the scene.
In the request for arrest until the end of proceedings, Adv. Schwartz stated: “…The respondent took the life of the deceased over a trivial argument, and stabbed him five times in different parts of his body. The deceased was already neutralized on the ground, and the respondent was not satisfied with that and stabbed him with an additional fatal stab….”
The accused was charged with intentional murder.
