Speaker MK Ohana hosts Prime Minister of Fiji Rabuka at the Knesset

Knesset Speaker MK Ohana hosts Fiji's PM Rabuka at the Knesset. Discussions on war, hostages, and advancing bilateral relations. Israel-Fiji ties strengthened.

​Speaker of the KnessetMK Amir Ohana (Likud) hosted the Prime Minister and Minister for foreign affairs of Fiji, Sitiveni Rabuka, at the Knesset on Thursday.

Speaker MK Ohana congratulated Prime Minister Rabuka on behalf of the Knesset for opening the embassy of Fiji in Jerusalem. The Knesset Speaker wrote on the X (formerly Twitter) network, “The entire nation appreciates this act, which constitutes unreserved support for the State of Israel and its sovereignty.”

The two discussed the war and the situation in the region, the need for the release of the hostages held in Gaza and ways of advancing the relations between the two countries and the two parliaments.
