According to the indictment, filed by Adv. Daniel Bar from the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, the defendant’s mother and aunt were shot dead in July 2025.
As revenge for the death of his mother, which he attributed to the Jarushi family, Hinawi decided to murder the deceased, who was a member of the Aluachach family, close to the Jarushi family.
Approximately 5 months after their deaths, the defendant conspired with a 16-year-old minor whom he knew. She contacted the deceased via Instagram, spoke with him to gain his trust, and arranged a meeting with him in a parking lot in Jaffa.
The defendant arrived at the meeting place with a handgun. After receiving the details from the minor, he shot the deceased, who was sitting in his vehicle, at least 9 times. As a result of the shooting, he was evacuated to the hospital in critical condition, where his death was pronounced.
The indictment attributes to the defendants, each according to their part, murder under aggravated circumstances and carrying and transporting a weapon without a permit according to law.
In the request for arrest until the end of proceedings filed by the prosecution, it is stated that the danger posed by the two “is not only towards the victim, but also towards the general public, in light of the clear patterns of danger arising from their actions, who will stop at nothing to achieve their goal.
The sequence of their actions together indicates violent, forceful, manipulative, and uninhibited behavior that demonstrates the danger posed to the public.”
