During the tour and meeting, key professional issues were discussed, with an emphasis on regulating the activity of the new local council, following the transition from a local committee in a regional council to an independent local council, including resource allocation, establishment of management mechanisms, and completion of establishment processes, alongside additional challenges facing the authority.
The Director-General of the Ministry was impressed by the professional work in the authority and emphasized that the Ministry of Interior will continue to accompany the local council of Tzur Hadassah and assist in formulating solutions that will strengthen organizational and managerial stability and local development.
