According to the indictment filed by Adv. Avraham Yishai from the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, the accused brought 8 smoke grenades and 17 flares into the stadium before the game, which he hid inside one of the toilet stalls. Shortly before the start of the game, he went to the toilet stall, and as he began to remove the bags from the wall, he was arrested by the police.
The indictment attributes to the accused the offenses of possession of a weapon and bringing a prohibited item into a place where a sporting event is held.
