The indictment filed by Adv. Shlomit Malko from the Southern District Attorney’s Office reveals that starting in 2002 and for approximately ten years, the accused committed sexual offenses against his daughter B., born in 1996. Starting in 2012, when his daughter A. reached the age of 6, he also began committing sexual offenses against her, for about eight years.
From the description of the charges, it appears that when B. was 6 years old, the accused called her to the kitchen, covered her eyes under the pretext of a game, and said, “I will give you a tasty sausage now, tell me what you taste.” He then inserted his penis into her mouth and asked, “What are you tasting?” and she replied, “Chocolate.”
During this period, the accused used to enter rooms where the minors were sleeping and touch them without consent. In some cases, he would pull down B.’s underwear and rub his penis against her, and with A., he used to perform oral sex. On one occasion, when the minor A. was about 10 years old, the accused took her to his bedroom, where he exposed his penis to her and placed her hand on it while it was covered by a sheet. When A. reached the age of 12, the accused used to call her to stand between his legs and touch her genitals.
Furthermore, during the period, the accused used to hit A. and unlawfully assault her by slapping her face, pushing her, and hitting her on the head. In addition, during 2024, he asked A. not to turn to the police so that his life would not be ruined.
The accused was charged with offenses of rape, sexual offenses within the family (indecent act), aggravated assault (family member), and obstruction of an investigation.
A request for arrest until the end of proceedings was simultaneously filed against the accused.
The case was investigated by the Kiryat Gat police station.
