The panel discussed the challenges that arose after October 7th, from various angles. In this context, the head of the Administration described the extensive work of the Administration for Foreign Workers to assist in the functional continuity of the economy, by bringing many foreign workers to various sectors of the economy, while upholding their rights.
From the beginning of the war until the end of 2025, over 116,000 new foreign workers entered Israel, of whom approximately 60,000 entered in 2025.
