In accordance with Sections 29, 32(yach) and 32(kufg)(b) of the Trade Levies and Safeguard Measures Law, 5751-1991 (hereinafter “the Law”) and in accordance with the announcement of the Minister of Finance, the collection of temporary security on dumped imports of aluminum profiles and aluminum pipes from China has been discontinued. Any security deposited will be returned.
