In the last few hours, a malfunction has been discovered on the website of the Israel air quality Monitoring Office and the “Environment Air” application (Android, iOS). The Ministry’s information systems teams, accompanied by representatives of the software company, are working to locate the malfunction and restore full service to the public as soon as possible.
The Ministry emphasizes that air quality data is always available to the Ministry’s teams in internal systems, and that once the malfunction is fixed, the data will be uploaded retroactively to the website and application.
The Ministry will update the public as needed.
