The money changers knowingly transfer funds to the organization and take a direct part in financing its terror activities and economic strengthening. The money changers were attacked after the IDF identified that they continue to transfer funds to the Hezbollah terror organization, which are used for terror activities against IDF forces and citizens of the State of Israel.
