The Air Force, under the guidance of Navy Intelligence and Aman (Military Intelligence Directorate), attacked a series of key Iranian Navy infrastructure targets last night (Wednesday) for the first time since the start of Operation “Lion’s Roar” in the Caspian Sea.
As part of the attacks, Air Force aircraft attacked targets in an Iranian Navy port subordinate to the Iranian Army, where dozens of military vessels, including missile boats and patrol boats, were docked.
Among the key targets attacked in the port were:
- Military vessels of the Iranian Army Navy, including missile boats, auxiliary ships, and patrol boats. The attacked missile boats included air defense systems and additional anti-submarine missiles.
- A central command post from which the Iranian Navy forces managed ongoing operations in the Caspian Sea.
- Key infrastructure used for the ongoing repair and maintenance of vessels.
The Iranian Navy used the attacked port for operational activity, which has now been thwarted with the attack on the port and the vessels in its vicinity.
This is one of the most significant attacks by the IDF since the start of Operation “Lion’s Roar,” which was conducted in close cooperation between Air Force commanders and Navy commanders from within the Air Force’s underground command center.

The attack on this infrastructure deepens the damage to the regime’s capabilities and also harms the Iranian Navy’s control over the maritime space in the Caspian Sea.
The IDF will continue to deepen the damage to the core systems of the Iranian terror regime and its foundations.
