The attacked gas stations generate profits for the terrorist organization in the millions of dollars. The organization uses accounts held by the terrorist organization’s “Al-Qard Al-Hasan” association to fund Hezbollah’s terrorist activities. This activity is another example of the cynical exploitation by the Hezbollah terrorist organization of the residents of Lebanon to promote numerous terror plots against IDF forces and citizens of the State of Israel. The attack on the gas stations significantly harms the military infrastructure of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon, and the organization’s operatives’ ability to plan terror plots. In addition, the attacks are part of an effort to harm the terrorist organization’s economic entrenchment in the heart of the civilian population.
