IDF forces continue to operate to thwart terrorism throughout Judea and Samaria. As part of these activities, approximately 60 wanted individuals were arrested and six firearms, ten airsoft guns, and dozens of additional weapons were seized.
In the Menashe Brigade area, 15 wanted individuals were arrested, including Hamas and Islamic Jihad operatives who were involved in the production of explosives. During the operation, an M16 rifle, weapon parts, and military equipment were seized.
In the Etzion Brigade, forces conducted over 100 offensive operations. During the operation, forces demolished the home of the terrorist who carried out the attack at the Gush Junction, in which Shali Zvoloni, may he rest in peace, was murdered, in the village of Halhul. Additionally, another M16 rifle was seized.
In the Benjamin and Ephraim Brigades, forces conducted targeted operations in the village of Beit Lakiya and in Qalqilya. During the operations, wanted individuals were arrested and suspects were interrogated, including weapons dealers and Hamas operatives.
In the Judea Brigade, forces conducted battalion-level operations in Hebron and other villages in the area. During the operation, a pistol, ammunition, and funds intended for financing terrorist activities were seized.
In the Samaria Brigade, forces operated in several operations, including an operation in the village of Burqa, during which dozens of suspects were interrogated and weapon parts and Hamas flags were seized.
