Furthermore, the individual has recently acted in violation of the agreement, to restore the organization’s capabilities in the Gaza Strip, and planned to carry out terrorist attacks against IDF forces operating in the Strip and the State of Israel. The terrorist was precisely attacked in order to remove an immediate threat to IDF forces.
