In a targeted operation in the area from which dozens of launches were carried out in southern Lebanon: Golani Brigade reconnaissance forces located a cache of rockets and ready-to-fire launchers belonging to the Hezbollah terrorist organization. The Golani Brigade reconnaissance forces, under the command of Division 91, continue to operate in the forward defense line area to neutralize threats to the citizens of the State of Israel. As part of a targeted operation earlier today (Sunday), the reconnaissance fighters raided a launch area of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in southern Lebanon, where they located dozens of rockets and additional weaponry, including Kalashnikov rifles, RPGs, and combat equipment used by the organization’s operatives. Furthermore, the forces located loaded launchers that were aimed at IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon and at the territory of the State of Israel. From this area, the Hezbollah terrorist organization launched dozens of rockets towards IDF forces and citizens of the State of Israel.
