The order will allow for the installation of technological monitoring means for those against whom an administrative order restricting their movement in the Judea and Samaria region has been issued, and to monitor violations of the restriction orders accordingly. It should be emphasized that violating the provisions of the order or damaging the technological monitoring means intended for monitoring constitutes an offense, for which criminal proceedings may be taken.
