Immediately after identification, the forces neutralized the terrorist in order to remove the threat. Intelligence information indicates that the neutralized terrorist is Muhammad Salah al-Din Khaled Abu Rakba, a terrorist from the Hamas terror organization who infiltrated the territory of the State of Israel in the murderous massacre on October 7th. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
