During a special nighttime operation yesterday (Tuesday), forces from the Egoz Unit, under the command of Division 210, operated in the Mount Dov area in Lebanon and apprehended a squad commander in the terrorist organization ‘Lebanese Brigades’.
The terrorist organization ‘Lebanese Brigades’ is funded by Hezbollah and is directly linked to it. Terrorists from the organization participate in carrying out terrorist plots against IDF forces.
The operation was completed after prolonged intelligence surveillance, and the terrorist was transferred for further investigation by Unit 504 in Israeli territory.
