As part of the ongoing damage to the Iranian terror regime’s nuclear program: The IDF attacked a unique factory in Iran that was used to produce the precursor materials required for uranium enrichment. The Air Force, with precise intelligence from Aman (Military Intelligence Directorate), recently attacked a uranium extraction plant from ore located in Yazd, central Iran. The plant is unique in Iran, where raw materials mined from the ground undergo mechanical and chemical processing so that they can later be used as precursor materials for uranium enrichment. This is a crucial process for the nuclear weapons program being advanced by the regime, and it constitutes the beginning of the value chain required for the production of nuclear weapons. The strikes were directed at the central infrastructure used for the unique production processes at the site. Enriched uranium is a central and critical component in nuclear weapons development processes – attacking the site detracts from the Iranian terror regime’s ability to obtain the raw material required for these processes and deepens the damage to the regime’s nuclear weapons program. The IDF will not allow the Iranian terror regime to continue its attempts to advance the nuclear weapons program, which constitutes an existential threat to the State of Israel and the entire world.
