As part of a routine inspection conducted by the Food Service in the Northern District of the Ministry of Health, salted and dried wax-coated mullet roe was found to be unlawfully produced in a factory without a production license from the Ministry of Health. Therefore, the Ministry requests that the public refrain from consuming these products.
