The acute centers for victims of sexual assault provide response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are designed to respond to both children and adults.
The centers are staffed by task-specific teams who have undergone training in the field of sexual trauma and they provide personalized and sensitive treatment, while maintaining confidentiality pursuant to the law.
