Jerusalem, 18 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Ministry of Health updated that since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion against Iran on February 28, as of Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 07:00 AM, 3,727 civilians have been evacuated to hospitals due to wounds suffered in Missile Attacks.
Currently, 74 people are hospitalized, of whom, seven are in serious condition, 12 in moderate condition, 54 in mild condition and one in critical condition.
During the last 24 hours (7:00 AM yesterday to 7:00 AM this morning), 192 injured people were admitted to hospitals, of whom four were in moderate condition, 177 in mild condition and one suffered from anxiety.
