Retail Chains See 2.6% Increase in Revenue in 2025
Israeli retail chains experienced a 2.6% revenue increase in 2025, following a strong 7.2% growth in 2024, signaling sustained economic activity.
Jerusalem, 10 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In 2025, the total revenue of retail chains in Israel at fixed prices increased by 2.6%, compared to 2024; this follows an increase of 7.2% in 2024. This is according to the data on revenue (sales) of the marketing chains in the months of October – December 2025 released by Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics.
October – December 2025 (annualized trend data): There was an increase of 1.5% (at constant prices) in total retail chain revenue, after an increase of 6.3% (at constant prices) in the three months July – September 2025.
October – December 2025 (annualized trend data): There was a 1.6% increase (at constant prices) in food chain revenue, after a 3.1% increase (at constant prices) in July – September 2025.
In 2025, food chain revenue increased by 0.8% at constant prices, compared to 2024; this followed an increase of 2.7% in 2024.
