Over 440 Tons of Medical Supplies Enter Gaza in One Week

COGAT reports over 440 tons of medical supplies entered Gaza last week, with 130 patients evacuated for medical treatment.

Jerusalem, 19 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israeli agency COGAT (Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories: Judea and Samaria and towards the Gaza Strip) reported that last week – during the Israeli work week May 1 – 14 – roughly 130 Gazans with visas were Evacuated for medical treatment via the Kerem Shalom crossing into Israel and on to Jordan.

Via the Rafah crossing into Egypt, approximately 2,600 Gazans exited and about 2,500 entered Gaza.

On last Thursday alone, 10 trucks of medicine and medical gear entered Gaza via the World Health Organization.

In total, over 440 tons of medical equipment crossed Into Gaza last week alone.
