From there, the investigation continued and was managed by the District Police investigators, who succeeded in proving that the suspect and his brother were involved in possessing and carrying M-16 rifles, handguns, and ammunition. The brothers (24, 27), residents of a local council in Samaria, were imprisoned and their detention was extended from time to time. Upon completion of the investigation, the District Police officers succeeded in proving a evidentiary basis against the suspects for committing the acts, and a statement of prosecution was filed against them pending the filing of an indictment.
