Police forces were dispatched to the scene, and an investigation was opened with the assistance of Yarkon Forensic Science investigators. Following investigative actions, police located the suspect last night, a resident of Tel Aviv (50), in whose possession were findings that allegedly link him to the serious incident. During the investigation conducted by the police, the plank that allegedly served as the weapon of assault was located, bearing bloodstains. The suspect was arrested for investigation at the Lev Tel Aviv station, and this morning he will be brought for a hearing on extending his detention at the court.
