After two weeks of a manhunt – Central District police officers arrested all those involved in the brawl that led to the brutal murder in Petah Tikva on Independence Day. Following an investigative and operational activity, Central District police officers, led by the Sharon District Intelligence and Investigations Unit, succeeded in arresting 19 suspects, minors residing in the Sharon region, involved in the violent brawl that led to the murder of Yimanu Zalka z”l in Petah Tikva on Independence Day. The investigation, which was conducted using a variety of intelligence and technological means, included raids on the suspects’ homes and a continuous manhunt for those involved, some of whom tried to escape and hide in coordination with each other. The investigation is ongoing to establish an evidential basis and bring all those involved to justice.
