A suspect was arrested in connection with the murder incident that occurred last night in Netivot. During the night, an investigation was opened following a shooting incident in Netivot.

The death of the critically injured person was pronounced at the scene. Upon receiving the report, numerous forces from the Negev District were dispatched to the scene and carried out a variety of intelligence operations to trace those involved in the incident. Following a situation assessment by the Southern District Commander, Superintendent Haim Boblil, the murder investigation was assigned to the Central Unit of the Negev District. During the night, police officers from the Netivot station, in cooperation with YAMAM officers, arrested a suspect (Netivot, in his 40s) involved in the incident.
