Generally, most patients had a good experience visiting the clinics. 89% felt they were in good hands; the overall grade was 85%.

Patients expressed their satisfaction with:

• The staff politeness and respect
• Psychotherapy
• Waiting time

Patients were less satisfied with:

• Clarity of medical explanations
• Perceived contribution of psychiatric treatment
• Ease of scheduling appointments
