Three Israelis indicted for conspiracy and illegal weapon possession after a gun-laden scooter was found on Golomb Street in Lod, using a vehicle with a fake.
According to the Indictment, filed by Adv. Daniel Bar from the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office, a few weeks ago in the evening hours, the three drove in a Skoda vehicle towards Ben Shemen Forest. At the location, they placed a scooter in the vehicle, on which was a bag containing a Glock pistol, loaded with a magazine with ten 9mm bullets, as well as an additional magazine with ten more bullets.
Afterwards, they drove in the vehicle, which bore a fake license plate, to Golomb Street in Lod.
Upon arriving at the location, Hinawi and Musrati exited the vehicle, took the scooter and the weapon from the trunk, and roamed the nearby streets illegally carrying the weapon and waiting for an additional person whose identity is unknown to the prosecution, all with Musrati’s knowledge and consent.
The Indictment attributes to the defendants offenses of conspiracy to commit a crime, illegal possession of a weapon, and altering a vehicle’s identity.
