Jerusalem, 4 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli venture capital veterans Yaron Elad and Elik Etzion have launched AlphaDrive, a $100 million investment fund focused on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with Leumi Partners serving as an anchor investor.

The fund, launched together with U.S.-based partner Gurinder Sidhu, plans to invest in Israeli-founded companies from seed through later stages. AlphaDrive has already backed five startups operating at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity alongside major global venture firms including Greylock, Accel and Viola Ventures.

Elad and Etzion previously led investments at Elron Ventures that generated 22 exits worth a combined $2.5 billion. The founders said AlphaDrive will use a hybrid investment model combining venture capital, private equity and AI-driven acquisition strategies to support startups adapting to rapid industry changes.
