Throughout the training, participants will acquire technical expertise to handle complex cyber threats, while gaining hands-on experience in advanced simulation environments such as Cympire and Bina — an innovative learning platform designed to enhance training through practical AI tools.
In addition to professional tools, the program will focus on soft skills development, including: Community building, Conflict management in dynamic environments, Strategic international collaboration.
These competencies will empower participants to excel in diverse teams and lead high-impact projects.
The training will also include experiential visits to Cyprus and Greece to strengthen interpersonal bonds and expose participants to the international landscape of cybersecurity.
The program will launch in early November, led by the Ministry for Regional Cooperation and the Israeli Ministry of Labor, as part of “Yozma” the Youth Employment Advancement Initiative, in partnership with the Israel National Cyber Directorate (INCD), and the national cyber agencies of Cyprus (DSA) and Greece (NCSA). The training will be delivered by CyberProAI-Israel, a company specializing in establishing tech training centers worldwide.
