DriveNets Raises $410M to Expand AI Networking Infrastructure

Israeli company DriveNets raised $410 million in Series D funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Atreides Management, to expand AI networking.

Jerusalem, 2 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli networking company DriveNets announced it has raised $410 million in a Series D funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $1 billion. The Ra’anana-based company said the investment will help expand inventory and support growing demand for its Ethernet-based AI networking infrastructure.

The funding round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Atreides Management, with new investors including AMD and Red Dot Capital. DriveNets said it has secured more than $1 billion in business and has been cash-flow positive since 2025.

Founded in 2015, DriveNets provides large-scale networking solutions for telecommunications providers and artificial intelligence data centers.
