Israeli-founded Verbit and AltaClaro launch DepoSim, an AI deposition simulator for litigation training. Attorneys practice with AI agents, receiving detailed.
Jerusalem, 19 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Verbit, an Israeli-American AI and transcription firm and AltaClaro, a U.S.-based legal training company, have launched DepoSim, an AI-powered deposition simulator aimed at improving litigation training. The platform allows attorneys to practice oral depositions in realistic, on-demand simulations, receiving detailed and objective feedback after each session.
DepoSim uses advanced AI agents to replicate witnesses, opposing counsel, and court reporters, enabling repeatable practice across different case types and difficulty levels. The Israeli technology angle comes through Verbit’s AI and transcription infrastructure, which underpins the simulator. A beta program with six major U.S. law firms reported strong uptake and high satisfaction among participating lawyers.
