Importer: Dealer BMD International Ltd. is recalling 100g frozen smoked trout fillet slices (TROUT SMOKED).
Following testing by the Ministry of Health Food Service, Listeria monocytogenes bacteria were found in the product.

Listeria monocytogenes is a bacterium that can cause illness in high-risk populations, such as people with weakened immune systems and the elderly, and may cause miscarriage in pregnant women.

Consumers who purchased the product are advised not to consume it. In coordination with the Ministry of Health, the company is recalling the product from distribution channels.
