Pesach Benson Breaking News

Jerusalem, 10 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — VisIC Technologies, an Israeli company making advanced semiconductors for electric vehicles, has raised $26 million in its latest funding round. The round was led by a major global chip company, with Hyundai and Kia joining as strategic investors.

The money will help VisIC improve its GaN-based technology, which makes electric car motors more efficient, lighter, and smaller. The company plans to develop next-generation power modules and expand production to meet growing demand. VisIC’s innovations aim to boost EV performance and reduce energy use, tackling limitations of older silicon-based technology.
