Jerusalem, 15 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Police arrested two suspects who were in possession of illegal weapons. The arrests came as officers from Umm al-Fahm – an Arab town in the north – during an operation to thwart the possession of weapons, conducted a search at the home of two suspects, residents of the city. During the search, police located an M16 weapon, 5.56 caliber ammunition, a cartridge, and gloves in a closed bag. At the same time, the soldiers located 10,500 Shekels in cash and an additional $1,000 in cash, along with dozens of over-the-counter drug substitute pills.
