Jerusalem, 10 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Police confirmed that a terrorist fired on officers near hebron Monday evening and provided details as to the incident.
During what the police called an operational activity carried out by detectives from the Hebron station in the judea and samaria District, a vehicle that aroused their suspicion near the town of Beit Hagai in the Judea region was stopped for inspection. Upon stopping the vehicle, a terrorist armed with a gun got out and fired at the police officers. The detectives made contact, returned with fire, and “neutralized” the terrorist. No police were wounded.
Neutralized is the term used by security authorities to mean that a terrorist was stopped by the use of a weapon, but there is not yet any confirmation as to his medical condition.
